Beaurepaires bolsters truck backup
Tyre specialist Beaurepaires Australia will unveil its revamped suite of truck fleet tyre support services at the Brisbane Truck ShowAussie tyre expert Beaurepaires Australia is set to showcase its new commercial offering at the Brisbane Truck Show, to be held in the Queensland capital over May 14-17.
The company has rolled out a national upgrade program for its 200-strong fleet of tyre service trucks, with the vehicles now boasting telematics networking and the latest tyre-changing and balancing technologies.
In what the company terms as an industry first, it now also offers 'Cents Per Kilometre' online tracking technology, giving fleet customers their own web portal access to precisely keep track of their tyre costs.
Beaurepaires says its new tablet-based software lays the groundwork for advanced reporting capabilities, allowing tyre performance tracking, task scheduling and key procedural workflow checks, while the company will also be showcasing innovative new commercial tyre and retread products at the Brisbane Truck Show.
