Bridgestone deal for NatRoad members

Ten per cent tyre discount to continue into 2018
Industry body NatRoad and Bridgestone are using their partnership to bring savings to members and help make the road freight industry more sustainable for business operators.
Bridgestone is offering a 10 per cent discount to all NatRoad members across the full range of commercial tyres. The deal includes Bridgestone and Firestone tyres, as well as Bandag retreads.
NatRoad CEO Warren Clark (pictured right) says the partnership has proved a winner for NatRoad members so far.
“The ongoing discount for members directly helps operators, particularly smaller ones, to reduce operating costs. It complements the partnerships NatRoad has forged to benefit the 45,000 trucking companies throughout Australia and support the 140,000 people working in the industry,” he said.
Bridgestone Australia and New Zealand Managing Director, Andrew Moffatt (pictured left), says it is transport companies who are the beneficiaries of the NatRoad partnership.
“We’re thrilled to extend our NatRoad offer into 2018 following its success last year. The road transport industry is what keeps Australia moving and Bridgestone is proud to support NatRoad members by helping reduce operating costs,” Mr Moffatt said.
“Bridgestone is positioned perfectly to support the Australian trucking industry through its network of more than 130 commercial stores, and a further 700 affiliated service providers.
“We are dedicated to providing total tyre management solutions, from owner/operators right through to Australia’s biggest fleets. Our close relationship with NatRoad is a further demonstration of our commitment to the industry,” Mr Moffatt added.
As well as giving members access to a host of offers such as tyre deals, NatRoad also lobbies and advocates on behalf of its members to government and regulators as well as offering advice on legal and compliance issues.
