A rapidly expanding arborist in Western Australia is conducting its work safely and productively with its fleet of nine Isuzu trucks, with two more models currently on order.
Arbor Guy was founded in 2008 by Guy Badger, and since then it's grown from an initial three-person team to encompass a full-time staff of 28, with crews throughout Australia's largest state.

Mr Badger says the entire firm is passionate about the array of specialist tree services it provides.
"We just have a real passion for trees," he says.
"I've handpicked my staff from all over the world and brought them all under one roof.
"We love trees, that's our way – that's why we do what we do."

Arbor Guy provides a range of services including tree care, pruning, removal and transplanting, green waste mulching, weed control and in-house traffic management, along with tree consultancy, project management, fire mitigation and utilities maintenance, among others.
To help the firm carry out its work, Arbor Guy looks to Isuzu to procure and service its modern fleet.

"Since 2010, we've bought all of our trucks from South West Isuzu Bunbury and we have two more on order right now; they were integral in our ultimate decision," says Mr Badger.

The fleet comprises models from both Isuzu's N and F Series line-ups, the trucks kitted out to serve specific roles such as mulching, tree felling, traffic management and more.
The heroes of the fleet are the NPR 75-190 and the FSR 140-260, both fitted with tray bodies, to carry the forestry machinery out into the field.
"For the distance they do, the trucks are paired up perfectly," says Mr Badger.
"South West Isuzu gave us the best possible recommendation after we told them what we'd be using them for and they've never led us astray.
"Ensuring we'd have enough power when climbing hills was critical as we're towing trailers behind nearly every one of our units.
"Not only are every one of our units fully loaded, but they tow trailers on top of that – with no dramas."

Mr Badger said its relationship with Isuzu has been rock solid from day one.
"Downtime is never an issue for us – whenever we need them, South West Isuzu gives us a replacement truck," he said.
"The biggest benefit of partnering with Isuzu is the servicing they offer. When we have an issue, which is very rare, we always have priority and they get us up and running straight away.
"That is key for us."
