Cat appoints National Fleet Sales Manager

Cat Trucks recently appointed veteran sales executive Jeffrey Magdziarz to the role of National Fleet Sales Manager
sales executive Jeffrey Magdziarz has joined the team at Cat Trucks, recently taking on the post of National Fleet Sales Manager.
Reporting directly to Cat Trucks Managing Director, Kevin Dennis, Magdziarz brings considerable expertise to the role – and at a crucial time for the company in Australia.
Dennis said the appointment will take Cat Trucks to greater heights.
“This is a highly strategic appointment for our business,” he said.
“Jeffrey brings more than 30 continuous years of knowledge and experience to Cat Trucks, along with an excellent track record for forging long-term, successful relationships with Australia’s major fleets.
“His understanding of the specific needs of fleet customers is second to none and will be an absolute asset to Cat Trucks, particularly following recent developments in our product range.
“The timing could not be better. It’s when a new model such as the CT630S is combined with the market’s increasing interest in trucks like our flagship CT630LS, and the CT610 with the exceptionally fuel efficient CT13 engine, that someone with Jeffrey’s vast knowledge and industry contacts becomes especially valuable to a growing company such as ours.”
Magdziarz, who previously held the post of Market Development Manager (On Highway) at MTU Detroit Diesel Australia, said he was thrilled to be taking on a fresh challenge.
“I’m truly excited about the prospects for this role with Cat Trucks,” he said.
“However, the decision to join the company certainly wasn’t a spur-of-the-moment event. Plenty of thought and discussion went into it but all the way through it was apparent that the future is extremely bright.
“I’ve worked with Kevin Dennis before and while my background and focus are in servicing fleet accounts, we share the same goals: to build the product name and make the most of every opportunity by establishing customer relationships that last.”
