Leasing packages are now available on the full range of Cat on-highway trucks in Australia and New Zealand.
Cat owner Navistar Auspac has rolled out the leasing arrangement as the first of a range of financial programs it plans to bring to the region as it explores new ways to augment the brand's growth.
According to the Managing Director of Navistar Auspac, Kevin Dennis, the leasing arrangements will open up a whole new range of possibilities for both Cat and its customers.
"We certainly see Australia as a long-term growth opportunity and Navistar Truck Leasing offers truck operators the ability to source 'off the balance sheet' finance, leasing and rental packages," he said.
"In addition, our suite of Fleet Leasing packages includes products to further enhance the operational and financial benefits of service leasing and preventative maintenance programs.
"Having our own finance arm through Navistar Truck Leasing allows us to focus entirely on the needs of our customer base and tailor our offerings specifically for the region. Early feedback has been extremely positive and we are determined to continue to deliver the support structures needed by our customers in Australia and New Zealand."
Dennis says the leasing program will spearhead a range of new initiatives at Cat.
"This initial offering is just the beginning," he says.
"We will be bringing a number of new offerings to the market in the coming months."
