CNH streamlines parts offering

CNH Industrial has announced it will offer genuine parts for all of its 12 brands under the new banner of 'CNH Industrial Genuine Parts'

CNH Industrial, the company that came about from the September 2013 merger of Fiat Industrial SpA and CNH Global NV, has announced it will provide genuine parts for all of its brands – 12 in total – under the name of 'CNH Industrial Genuine Parts'.

Those 12 brands comprise Iveco, Iveco Bus, Iveco Defence Vehicles and Iveco Astra, along with Case IH, Steyr, Case construction equipment, New Holland Agriculture, New Holland Construction, Heuliez Bus, Magirus, and FPT Industrial.

CNH Industrial Parts & Service says the creation of CNH Industrial Genuine Parts will "enhance the CNH Industrial brand globally while drawing on the strength of each of the company's 12 brands", while also streamlining the standardisation of around five million genuine parts references.

According to Dino Maggioni, Brand President, CNH Industrial Parts & Service, the new genuine parts focus will bring multiple benefits to both CNH Industrial and its customers.

"Each brand's customers benefit from genuine parts that adhere to very strict specifications," he said.

"Strengthening the brand image of our genuine parts is undoubtedly one of the pillars in our approach to customer loyalty. This is, among other things, also a step to increase the awareness of the CNH Industrial brand. This new identity represents a total quality guarantee for our customers and our dealers and maximises our service level, creating synergies for our networks."
