Daimler Truck launches Australian online parts portal

The Daimler Truck Parts Portal allows customers to order a vast range of truck parts with the click of a mouse.

This one-stop shop for truck parts features an extensive range of critical parts at competitive prices. Customers can choose from our wide selection of genuine or all-makes parts, which can then be delivered straight to their door or collected from a preferred dealership.

“We’re always looking for new ways to help our customers and we think the Daimler Truck Parts Portal will be a very popular addition to our support offering,” said Daimler Truck Australia Pacific President and CEO, Daniel Whitehead.

The company's Aftersales and Network Operations Vice President, Antonio Briceno, said the new parts portal is all about making life easier for customers.

“Having these parts available at the click of a mouse is a big plus for our customers,” Mr Briceno said. “Instead of driving or calling across town to order parts, customers can simply order what they need right from the comfort of their desk,” he added.

Customers can easily search for the parts they need by make or model or save multiple VIN numbers for easy tracking and quick re-orders.

Parts for Daimler Truck brands including Mercedes-Benz Trucks, Freightliner and Fuso are available through the portal, along with parts that would also suit a range of other makes.
