Easter travel restrictions
The NHVR has reminded drivers and operators that a range of regulatory travel restrictions will be in effect this EasterThis Easter holiday period will see numerous heavy-vehicle travel restrictions come into play, with different conditions affecting agricultural, oversize/overmass and special purpose vehicles in New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria and Western Australia.

The NHVR has also reminded drivers and operators that its offices and call centre will be closed for the Easter break from Friday, April 3, to Monday, April 6. During this time the NHVR will not be processing or issuing any permits or applications, although applications may still be submitted online or via email, fax or post.
The NHVR office and call centre will re-open on Tuesday, April 7.
