Daimler Trucks Brisbane, the latest outlet to be added to the Daimler dealer network in Australia, has achieved Elite Support Certification, underlining the dealership's unwavering commitment to customer service and satisfaction.

In order to be awarded the ‘Elite’ tag, the dealership met some 129 criteria, which collectively demonstrate the outlet’s pursuit of excellence across its operations.
Daimler says its Elite Support program was developed to “ensure Freightliner, Fuso and Mercedes Benz truck and bus customers receive the highest level of service, while the rigorous process to achieve certification is carried out by an independent assessor”.
Elite Support Certification is awarded for outstanding performance across customer amenity, communication and responsiveness, among others.

Located in Darra, in Brisbane’s southwestern suburbs, the $35 million dealership features 36 bays, two 29-metre B-double pits, a shaker and roller tester, three wash bays, three Express Assessment bays, an external hardstand for 126 trucks, a separate service reception and service customer lounge in addition to a sales customer lounge.
Daimler Truck Australia Pacific President and CEO, Daniel Whitehead, says the dealership’s Elite status signifies the depth of its commitment to its customers.
“We are thrilled with what Velocity Truck Centres has managed to achieve with Daimler Trucks Brisbane,” Mr Whitehead says.
“The new dealership is fantastic, but the commitment of the entire Daimler Trucks Brisbane team to serve our customers better is just as impressive.”

The dealership’s General Manager, David Lowe, praised his entire team for pulling together to implement the 129 Elite Support criteria.
“This is a huge accomplishment, and we are all so very proud as it has taken a lot of focus, drive and passion and our team delivered and continues to get better and better,” he says.
“That is a reflection on our team and where we are today and the direction that we will continue to go into the future and it is only the beginning of our journey.”
