On the night the winning bid for the Harley-themed Coronado was placed by Daimler Trucks Perth, which is a part of the massive AHG automotive group. The sale also secured the $16,000 for Brainwave Australia, Freightliner's partner charity.
Brainwave Australia was established in 1994 and supports the treatment and care of children living with a range of brain illnesses.
The cheque for $16,000 was presented by Freightliner Senior Manager, Rod West (pictured), to Brainwave's General Manager, Caroline Scully.
Daniel Whitehead, Managing Director for Daimler Trucks (Freightliner's parent company), said the organisation was thrilled to present Brainwave with the funds.
"We are delighted to be able to make this donation to Brainwave Australia," he said.
"I'm certain the money raised will not only go a long way in supporting children with paediatric brain illness but also to their families going through tough times."
