GLT expands service offering
Graham Lusty Trailers says it has expanded the service and repair capability of its Melbourne facilityAustralian trailer manufacturer Graham Lusty Trailers has commenced a comprehensive re-tooling process at its factory in Campbellfield in Melbourne's northern suburbs, enabling it to carry out even greater volumes of trailer service and repair work.
According to James Yerbury, GLT Operations Manager, the softening demand in the tipper market means many operators are hanging onto their trailers for longer.
"Over the past four months we have experienced high levels of demand for trailer servicing from operators with a range of different branded trailers," he says.
As well as manufacturing new low-tare trailers, GLT Purchasing Manager, Josh Peterson, says the company also offers a full overhaul service for used trailer chassis and tubs of all descriptions.
"Our Campbellfield facility has access to a full range of spare parts from major brands, allowing us to service or modify all makes and models of trailers," he says.
