Hino arrives in Coffs

A new Hino dealership has opened its doors in Coffs Harbour on the New South Wales Mid North Coast

Hino Australia's dealer network has expanded yet again, with a new outlet recently established in Coffs Harbour, NSW.

Owned and run by Newcastle Commercial Vehicles, an AHG concern that already runs a Hino outlet at Beresfield in Newcastle, some 350 kilometres to the south, the Coffs Harbour dealership is located roughly half way between Sydney and Brisbane in an important growth area.

Securing the title of Hino's Regional Dealer of the Year for the past two years, the Newcastle Commercial Vehicles team will now offer its experience and expertise to Coffs Harbour and its surrounds, with demo models to soon complement the outlet's existing range of new Hino stock.

According to AHG Newcastle Group General Manager, Paul Tomlin, the new dealership faces a bright future.

"Coffs Harbour is a key location and an area of impressive growth, with the local population forecast to increase almost 30 per cent over the next 15 years," he said.

"We're delighted to have been appointed to represent Hino in the Coffs Harbour region, and we look forward to raising the profile and market penetration of Hino trucks in this important location."

Coffs Harbour Hino is open six days a week, with the parts and service department open until 11pm weekdays.
