Central West Auto Auctions, a new business based in Orange, NSW, has turned to Hino to meet its car-carrying needs, having recently purchased a 700 Series 2848 ProShift 16 Air and a 500 Series FE 1426.
The 700 Series model sports a seven-car hydraulic trailer from Top Start in Dandenong South, Victoria, while the 500 Series hauls a four-car trailer from Banmere in Silverdale, NSW.
The General Manager of Central West Auto Auctions, Greg Robinson, has over 30 years of industry experience. He said that in making the purchasing decision, Hino consistently impressed.
"I looked around and I kept returning to the Hino brand, not only because of price but also service and the trucks' ability to cope with stringent vehicle pick-up and delivery timelines," he said.
"It was also a priority for me to make sure my drivers were comfortable in their rigs, so both were fitted with several exterior and interior options including fridges, bunk air conditioning, vehicle navigation and trackers."
Mr Robinson said the trucks convey a very professional image for the business.
"They're a prominent means of advertising when seen around the highways of Australia, where they'll be clocking up over 200,000 kilometres a year, and that's why we ordered them in red," he said.
Mr Robinson also speaks highly of Hino Australia and West Orange Motors.
"From start to finish, West Orange Motors gave me 100 per cent customer satisfaction and 24-hour support, and the vehicle options were fitted with a no-problem attitude," he said.
"I thank the chairman of Hino Australia, Steve Lotter, for introducing me to Aaron Daniel, the Dealer Principal at West Orange Motors. I look forward to growing our business and relationship with them."
