Hino Australia has opened its own in-house Customer Care Centre, becoming the first distributor for the brand worldwide to do so.
Housed in a purpose-built centre at Hino Australia's head office in Sydney, the Customer Care Centre serves as a prime contact point for customers reaching the company via phone, email and social media channels.
Hino Australia General Manager, Brand and Franchise Development, Bill Gillespie, says the new centre marks and important step in Hino's journey.
"As part of our investment in customer support and our growing Hino Advantage suite of business solutions, the new Customer Care Centre is possibly the most vital addition to our offering," he said.
"The Customer Care Centre is more than a call centre; it is a complete support solution for all our customers and their businesses through every stage of truck ownership.
