Hino customers can now purchase additional aftersales support, with Hino Australia recently rolling out optional extensions on factory warranties and roadside assistance.
Only available at the time of purchase of any new Hino truck, customers can now elect to extend the standard three-year warranty to the new Hino Five Year Extended Warranty.
Customers can also extend their Hino Roadside Assist by one or two years, independent of their warranty.
Hino Roadside Assist covers trucks 24/7 for mechanical issues, flat tyres, lost keys, or damaged glass, among other issues – it even applies if a driver runs out of fuel.
According to Hino Australia's Technical and Service Support Manager, Gus Belanszky, the extended aftersales options will only add to a customer's peace of mind.
"While Hino's values of quality, durability and reliability are built in to each Hino model we sell, it makes good business sense to be prepared for the unexpected," he said.
"By taking advantage of our Five Year Extended Warranty and extended Roadside Assist, you'll not only have peace of mind but also the security of knowing your vehicle will be repaired using Genuine Hino Parts fitted by factory-trained Hino technicians."
The warranty and roadside assist extensions are also fully transferable to a new owner, says Hino, adding to a truck's resale value.
