Hino Australia has announced it will be showcasing its wares at Queensland's Civinex Q civil engineering expo, to be held in Caboolture over October 8-9.
Visitors to Hino's double site at the show will find Hino's new 300 Series High Horsepower model, a medium-duty ProShift 500 Series, a PBS-approved 700 Series truck and dog, and a 500 Series combination water tanker and hot-wash water truck.
Representatives from Queensland Hino dealers Sci-Fleet Hino, Vanderfield Hino and Hi-Way 1 will be on site to answer any enquiries.
Hino Australia's Regional Sales Manager for Queensland and the Northern Territory, Karl Hancox, said the expo represented an excellent opportunity to show its products to some key customer groups.
"We're happy to support Civinex Q and are pleased that our dealers will get to meet representatives from an important part of our customer base," he said.
"Our 300 Series High Horsepower light duty truck includes all the safety and comfort features of the 300 Series but with more power and torque; the medium duty 500 Series ProShift model offers an easier drive with great fuel economy; and the 700 Series PBS demonstrator shows how flexible our flagship prime mover can be for a range of applications," he said.
"Additionally, we'll be displaying a new product built by Any Steel Services in Forest Glen – a combination water tanker and hot-wash water truck – based on a Hino 500 Series 2630.
"It's the first truck of its kind and it's an outstanding, innovative piece of equipment."
Civinex Q will be held over October 8-9 from 8.30am to 4.30pm at the corner of Bruce Highway and Pumicestone Road, Caboolture. Take Exit 157 on the Bruce Highway.
