For the tenth consecutive year, Hino Australia has been recognised as one of the world’s leading Hino parts distributors by its global parent, Hino Motors Limited.
“The 2017 Parts Department of the Year award reinforces Hino Australia’s commitment to be seen as a trusted business partner for our customers, which is underpinned by our Hino Advantage program,” said Greg Bleasel, Hino Australia General Manager – Product Support.
Hino Advantage is a suite of benefits including servicing and parts solutions that can dramatically increase operational efficiency for customers.
"As part of our pricing strategy, which we completed the final stage of last year, the price of engine and drive-line repair parts has decreased by an average of 24 per cent,” said Bleasel.
“This reduction in parts pricing has allowed us to reduce service costs and offer capped price servicing on all trucks compliant with Euro 5 emission standards."

The Hino Advantage customer program also offers a three-years unlimited kilometre parts warranty on Hino genuine parts when purchased and installed by an authorised Hino dealership.”
The judging criteria for the Parts Department of the Year award included customer retention, parts growth and supply rates, as well as customer support programs.
“To continually innovate and evolve sufficiently to win this award every year for the last decade is a credit to the significant efforts from our Hino Australia staff, Hino dealers and trained parts interpreters and service technicians,” concluded Mr Bleasel.
The Hino Australia network has over 60 dealerships and service centres across the country supported by more than 90 head office staff.
