Isuzu Customer Care Specialist lauded
Isuzu Australia Limited has named the winner of its 2015 Isuzu Care AwardTop-selling Australian truck brand Isuzu has announced Craig Marquis (pictured), of South Australian dealership North East Isuzu, as the recipient of its 2015 Isuzu Care Award.
The award recognises the dedication and service delivered by the Customer Care Specialists found throughout the Australian Isuzu dealer network.
According to Isuzu Australia Limited's National Sales Manager, Andrew Harbison, Mr Marquis was a standout performer in a very tightly contested field.
"In the short time that Craig has been in the CCS role he has received plenty of praise from both IAL staff and his dealership peers," Mr Harbison said.
"Craig sets high standards for himself and the team, and continually puts his customers first.
"He's earned the respect of customers and colleagues alike by always going the extra mile to ensure we're offering the most comprehensive customer care program in Australia.
"Isuzu Trucks has been market leader for 27 consecutive years and the dedication of frontline staff like Craig – and the many others working at our dealerships around the country – has been absolutely vital to that success."
To be eligible for the Isuzu Care Award, Customer Care Specialist must have first completed rigorous training and made a positive contribution to their dealership's overall performance.
Mr Marquis will be presented with his award and $1000 prize in Adelaide in early August.
