Isuzu dealer assists convoy

With the 2016 Camp Quality Geelong Convoy fast approaching, Victorian dealership Winter & Taylor Isuzu has signed on once more to support this very worthy cause.

Slated for Valentine's Day (Sunday, February 14), the convoy will travel from Avalon Airport to the Geelong Showgrounds, with proceeds going to children's cancer charity, Camp Quality.

Camp Quality provides services and support for families of children living with cancer. The charity helps foster a better quality of life through optimism and practical support at each stage of treatment.

The inaugural Camp Quality Geelong Convoy last year attracted over 250 trucks and motorcycles and raised over $140,000. This year organisers are aiming for 500 participants.

Winter & Taylor will be providing a number of Isuzu trucks for the event, which will help with transport and logistics.

"We are always happy to be involved with such an important annual event and to help in any way possible," said Sales Manager Graham Ruby.

"This year we'll be providing loan vehicles to help the day run as smoothly as possible.

"Camp Quality provides an invaluable service. We're proud to support this important community event as the welfare of our children is paramount.

The event culminates at the Geelong Showgrounds in a family fun day consisting of a concert, carnival-style rides, food and trade stalls.
