Isuzu dealers lauded

Isuzu Australia Limited has officially recognised its top-performing dealers at a recent national dealer conference

Australia’s top Isuzu truck dealers were recently recognised by Isuzu Australia Limited, the accolades reflecting the outlets’ achievements in sales, service and parts awarded at the distributor’s national dealer conference.

The award of ‘Best Sales’ went to Webster Trucks, Tasmania, while ‘Best Truck Service Department’ was given to Queensland’s Tony Ireland Isuzu in Townsville and ‘Best Parts Operation’ went to South Australia’s North East Isuzu.

Isuzu Australia Limited’s Planning Manager and Company Secretary, Paul Evans, said the awards were a reflection of these dealerships’ continued quest for excellence, with the results determined by examining presentation standards, training attendance, customer care and inventory management, among other various activity-based key performance indicators.

“To receive the top score, a department must excel in all these areas, irrespective of the dealership’s size and volume,” he said.

“The awards will encourage dealerships to constantly improve their operations, with customers being the greatest beneficiaries.”
