Isuzu Australia Limited has recognised nine of its top-performing dealerships under its 2016 Dealer Excellence Program.
To receive 'excellence' status a dealer must maintain meticulous standard in sales, customer satisfaction, staff training, business management and parts for the entire year.
The dealer principals and dealerships awarded for 2016 were:
James Frizelle and Gold Coast Isuzu
Tony Emanuele and North East Isuzu in Adelaide
Luke Taggart and Suttons Motors Arncliffe
Gary Melrose and Gilbert & Roach in Sydney
Anthony Smith and New South Wales’ Midcoast Trucks
Bruce Davey and Webster trucks in Tasmania
James Morphy and Winter & Taylor in Geelong (pictured)
Ian Deacon and Ballarat Isuzu
Glenn Leake and Mildura Truck Centre
Isuzu's Chief Operating Officer and Director, Phil Taylor, congratulated the dealerships on their achievement.
"IAL has always set the bar high, and we expect the very best from our people across the network," he said.
"We're delighted to bestow nine excellence honours in 2016 and acknowledge the role these dealers have played in helping Isuzu maintain its market leadership for 28 consecutive years."
IAL National Sales Manager Les Spaltman said the Isuzu brand was only as strong as its dealer network, and the Dealer Excellence Program provided additional motivation for dealers to offer customers the gold standard in service.
"We know that the Dealer Excellence Program gives our dealers real incentive to aim higher every year and develop their customer service every way they can," Mr Spaltman said.
"That means the customers are the real winners of this program."
The awards come not long after Isuzu's National Dealer of the Year Awards, which for 2016 went to Ballarat Isuzu.
