Isuzu offers extensive parts warranty

Three years and unlimited kilometres on all parts and accessories

Isuzu is claiming that its genuine parts and accessories and Best Value Parts (BVP) have the best warranties in the business.

The market leader says that if you install genuine Isuzu parts and accessories, at an IAL authorised dealership or service outlet, you’ll have the security of a three-year, unlimited kilometre factory-warranty. Apparently, no distance limits apply because IAL parts are built to perform under the harshest conditions.

Isuzu also offers warranties for parts from its partnerships with leading original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) – from Eaton transmissions to Meritor axles and brakes – so the three-year warranty covers their parts too.

But, as they say on the TV ads, it doesn’t end there. The Isuzu BVP program has been specifically designed for owners of older Isuzu trucks.

IAL National Parts Manager, John Plunkett, said Isuzu parts and accessory warranties take the stress out of replacing, improving or on-selling your Isuzu.

Plunkett said that Isuzu experiences demand for both Genuine Isuzu parts and accessories and BVPs from owners of other brands as well, and there’s also a 12 month warranty on all these parts and accessories when they're fitted by an Isuzu dealer or service outlet.
