Increased uptime, top-notch maintenance and routine service costs: Isuzu Australia Limited says they're three major benefits associated with the brand's new Isuzu Priority service agreements, which were unveiled last May at the 2015 Brisbane Truck Show.
Isuzu Priority lets customers choose from three levels of service plan to suit their needs and budget. For a single monthly payment, customers can have their truck service and maintenance needs taken care of according to the level of service agreement selected.
This means expenses are evened out with no costly surprises at servicing time, while ensuring reduced downtime over the long term with the vehicle optimally maintained.
According to Isuzu Australia Limited National Service Manager, Bill Holland, the new three-tier service agreement structure simplifies truck servicing for Isuzu customers.
"What we've achieved with Isuzu Priority is a very simple, extremely easy-to-follow, three-level structure that takes the hassle out of servicing," he said.
"Isuzu Priority is all about reducing downtime for businesses that rely on their equipment, and keeping costs predictable over the long term."
All servicing and maintenance work is undertaken by authorised Isuzu technicians using genuine Isuzu parts.
Isuzu Priority is available in three levels of cover: Isuzu Priority One, Isuzu Priority Total, and Isuzu Priority Heritage.
Isuzu Priority One offers scheduled servicing cover including all the essentials, such as filter and lubricant replacement, valve adjustments and clearances, as well as belts, hoses and more.
Isuzu Priority Total builds on the basic agreement with in-house diagnostics and complete authorised servicing for all engine components, transmission, brakes, suspension and all electrical componentry.
Isuzu Priority Total customers also have cover for the replacement of major components that are subject to wear and tear, such as clutches, brakes and suspension parts, and repairs to final drive components.
Isuzu Priority Heritage caters for customers with Isuzu trucks produced from 2000 to 2011. Isuzu Priority Heritage cover makes use of the Isuzu Best Value Parts (BVP) range and covers lubricants, valve adjustments, all labour and more.
Isuzu Priority One and Isuzu Priority Total work in harmony with the Isuzu Extended Care offer, which is available upon the purchase of a new Isuzu truck. Isuzu Extended Care provides a two-year extension to Isuzu's standard three-year factory warranty, and also effectively delivers five years of Isuzu's 24/7 Isuzu Roadside Assist.
