Purchasers of new Isuzu trucks and owners of older Isuzus alike can now benefit from 'Isuzu Priority' service agreements, which allow customers to choose from one of three levels of care to meet their specific needs and budget.
Isuzu Australia Limited's Marketing Manager, Jeff Birdseye, said the offering – which was unveiled at the recent Brisbane Truck Show – gives new owners complete surety of their servicing costs.
"Isuzu Priority offers our new truck owners a fantastic opportunity for a whole-of-life, fixed-cost operating package, enabling easy cost control for all their truck servicing needs," he said.
"The new offering provides the peace of mind that comes from scheduled maintenance, timely repairs and regular servicing, all carried out by Isuzu factory-trained technicians who know their product inside and out.
"This means no expensive surprises at the time of service and, ultimately, less costly time spent off the road."
Isuzu Priority service agreements are available in three formats. Isuzu Priority One covers scheduled service cover of essentials like valve adjustment and the replacement of lubricants, filters, belts and hoses.
Stepping up, Isuzu Priority Total has all the benefits of Isuzu Priority One, plus cover for in-house diagnostics and the truck's transmission, brakes and electrics.
For owners of older Isuzu models, manufactured between 2000 and 2011, there's Isuzu Priority Heritage, which covers lubricants, valve adjustment, labour, full code checks and more.
Trucks covered under an Isuzu Priority package receive genuine Isuzu parts and benefit from the expertise of Isuzu factory-trained technicians, while trucks serviced under the Isuzu Priority Heritage program will have access to the Isuzu Best Value Parts (BVP) range of spares.
New Isuzu buyers may also opt for Isuzu Extended Care which, for an additional fee, extends the three-year factory warranty period to five years, backed by the Isuzu Extended Assist roadside service program.
Mr Birdseye said the new arrangement takes Isuzu's customer support to a new level.
"We believe we offer the most comprehensive truck market aftersales service in this country," he said.
"By providing the highest level of support for our products we're able to engage with our customers throughout the entire lifecycle of their vehicles."
