IVECO lauds top Aussie dealers
Newcastle IVECO, Coffs Harbour IVECO, Westar Truck Centre Melbourne and Andersen Truck and Trailer Repairs claim top honoursIVECO Australia has recognised its top-performing dealerships at a gala awards dinner on the Gold Coast.
Held in conjunction with the brand's annual dealer conference, dealers were scored on their sales, service and parts departments, employee participation in training initiatives, and feedback from customer care programs. The awards were handed down in both metropolitan and regional categories.
Dealer of the Year – Metropolitan was awarded to Newcastle IVECO while Dealer of the Year – Regional went to Coffs Harbour IVECO, which both fall under the one dealership group. The recently introduced Daily Dealer of the Year title went to Melbourne's Westar Truck Centre.
The Dealer of the Year – Parts and Service award went to Andersen Truck and Trailer Repairs in Goondiwindi, Qld.
The awards were presented to Newcastle IVECO / Coffs Harbour IVECO Dealer Principal, Alex Reynolds and Westar Truck Centre Dealer Principal, Anthony Long, by IVECO Australia Business Director, Bruce Healy.
