IVECO lauds top dealers
The Melbourne-headquartered truck brand recently celebrated its best-performing dealerships for 2021Dealer of the Year awards have been coming thick and fast in recent weeks, and now it’s IVECO’s turn to sing the praises of its top outlets.
Accolades were handed down for the top-performing Metropolitan, Provincial, Rural and Light-Duty Dealerships, along with the best Parts and Service outlet. In determining this year’s winners, judges took a wide range of criteria into account, spanning vehicle and parts sales, servicing, customer satisfaction, and participation in training and marketing initiatives.
Top honours in the Metropolitan and Provincial categories were shared, with IVECO Brisbane and Adtrans Truck Centre in Melbourne both grabbing the glory in the former, and Newcastle IVECO and Widelands Group – Sunshine Coast triumphing in the latter.
Nowra Truck and Tractor Repairs in Bomaderry (NSW) took out the Rural category, while Light Duty Dealer of the Year was awarded to Westar IVECO Daily in Melbourne.
Meanwhile WB Truck N Trailer in Burnie, Tasmania, was named as the best-performing Parts and Service Dealership.

IVECO Australia Managing Director, Michael May, said he was impressed with the dedication and resilience of the IVECO dealer network through yet another challenging year.
“As an organisation we navigated the drawn-out effects of COVID and dealt with the subsequent supply chain challenges that came as a result of temporary manufacturing shutdowns and health and safety protocols,” he said.
“More than ever our relationship with the dealer network was critical, and together we worked hard to overcome these challenges, achieving positive sales results and strong year-on-year growth, while at the same time supporting our customers to keep their fleets on the road and contributing to the growing freight task.
“I congratulate all Dealer of the Year winners and thank them for the strong contribution they made to IVECO in 2021.”
IVECO also acknowledge long-time dealership, Bendigo Truck Centre, which recently marked its 25th anniversary as an IVECO Dealer.
