Iveco names top dealer

Central Victorian dealer Bendigo Truck Centre has fought off some stiff competition to be crowned 2015 Iveco Dealer of the Year.

The dealership amassed the highest number of points awarded across the criteria of sales, service and parts, dealership staff participation in training initiatives, and feedback from customer care programs.

On presenting the accolade to Bendigo Truck Centre's Dealer Principal, Euan McGowan, the Managing Director of Iveco Australia, Michael Jonson, said the award reflected the outlet's tireless quest for excellence.

"It's vitally important that we provide our customers with the highest levels of service, care and attention as possible," Mr Jonson said.

"The dealer network is our key partner in achieving this goal; our dealerships interact with our customers on a daily basis and are often the first point of contact between our brand and Iveco owners and prospects.

"It's essential then that the high standards we set as an organisation are reflected across the network, and by all accounts Bendigo Truck Centre is raising the bar with regards to providing Iveco owners with an enjoyable and hassle-free ownership journey. I congratulate Euan and his team on doing an excellent job."

Mr McGowan was thrilled to receive the award.

"Over the last 12 months we've invested considerably in the dealership to improve the facilities for our customers as well as our staff," he said.

"Achieving this award has been a real team effort. BTC also won the award in 2002, and we're confident that now that we've tasted success again, we'll be more motivated than ever to continue to be amongst Iveco's top-performing dealerships well into the future."
