Mack unveils new website

Mack Trucks Australia has rolled out a new-look website that it says makes it even easier to find the right Mack truck for any given job
Mack Trucks Australia has overhauled its internet presence, the company recently unveiling a new-look website that it says offers customers a more intuitive experience.
Following on from the recent update of Mack's branding, the site has also been optimised for mobile devices and offers a wealth of information about Mack's products, services, and dealer network.
The new-look website also showcases the Mack line-up according to each model's purpose, allowing customers to find the best truck to meet their unique requirements.
According to Dean Bestwick, Vice President – Mack Trucks, the new site places its emphasis firmly on the customer.
"We built the site around the concept of helping customers find the right tool for the job, whether it’s on the highway, on a construction site, or anywhere else they’re operating," he said.
"It’s all about empowering customers by arming them with information they need to help their businesses."
Featuring bold photography and Mack's updated bulldog logo, the site allows users to search for trucks by model type or by configuration – rigid, single-trailer, multiple-trailer, or special applications.
In addition to the new search function, information is grouped under four key areas: Trucks, Parts & Service, Powertrain & Suspensions, and Community.
