MaxiPARTS unveils VIP Membership

Aussie truck and trailer parts specialist MaxiPARTS has just launched a loyalty program that it says will deliver big savings to regular customers

MaxiPARTS, the parts division of Australian trailer giant MaxiTRANS, has just rolled out a new loyalty program.

Known as MaxiPARTS VIP Membership, the company says the program will alert its loyal customers to weekly member-only specials, available throughout MaxiPART's national network of 21 retail outlets.

According to MaxiPARTS National Sales Manager, Justin O'Brien, the program will unlock some great savings.

"We have a large number of loyal customers who visit our stores on a weekly basis," he said.

"We wanted to find a way to thank them for their ongoing support, which was where the concept for this program was born."

Customers who sign up to MaxiPARTS VIP Membership will receive weekly emails highlighting heavily discounted items. Since the program began in October, many customers have taken advantage of cut-price offers on items such as oil, hand ratchets and heavy-duty batteries, with plenty more discounts to come.

"We’ve not only been able to sign up our loyal existing customers, but we are having new customers approach us to join as well," says Mr O'Brien.

Members also receive an advance copy of MaxiPARTS' bi-monthly catalogue.
