MaxiTRANS to introduce trailer breakdown support

MaxiASSIST is available for scheduled on-site servicing. The servicing and repairs will be  available to customers within the areas of Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide between 7:00am and 5:00pm.

“MaxiASSIST’s on-site servicing capability is designed to provide customers with a significant increase in uptime,” said Gary Buchanan, MaxiTRANS General Manager Service.

“MaxiASSIST can conduct the service at the customer’s facility so drivers can focus on other deliveries, giving our customers greater flexibility.”

In addition to providing on-site servicing, MaxiASSIST will also respond to calls should customers require trailer breakdown support at any time, any day 24/7, via its network of mobile trailer mechanics.
