New Hino 300 Series to include upgraded hybrid

As part of its new 300 Series range, Hino Australia has confirmed that its upgraded 300 Series Hybrid truck will provide customers with an opportunity for increased fuel savings and reduced emissions when it is launched later this month.

“Upgrades to the new Hino 300 Series Hybrid will include a new hybrid system; new operational software, a new battery and inverter technology; and a new six-speed automated transmission,” said Daniel Petrovski, Product Strategy Manager for Hino Australia.
