New product: Diesel Deep Clean

Oil and lubricants specialist Lucas has released a diesel engine additive to keep your truck running right

Lucas Oil Products recently unveiled its new Diesel Deep Clean product at the Australian Automotive Aftermarket Expo in Melbourne, and says the fuel additive – suitable for diesel engines in everything from passenger cars to trucks – cleans injectors and dissolves exhaust deposits.

The result is a uniform fuel flow, a cleaner and more efficient combustion, and reduced nitric oxide and nitrogen dioxide emissions, says Lucas.

Lucas Oil Products of Australia Managing Director, Jeff Pahlke, said Diesel Deep Clean brings benefits on multiple levels.

"Diesel Deep Clean is formulated to reduce matter in diesel particulate filters and extend the life of diesel engines, as well as improving fuel consumption," he said.

Diesel Deep Clean is available initially in a 473ml size, which treats up to 113.5 litres of fuel, with a 1.89-litre bottle, which treats 454 litres of fuel, to be launched mid-year.

Lucas Oil Products are available through Autobarn, Repco, Auto One, Supercheap Auto, Burson Auto Parts, and leading automotive, industrial, performance and trucking retailers.
