New product: Narva Senator II Work Lamp

Automotive lighting specialist Narva says its Senator II work lamp brings the benefits of the latest LED technology to a traditional work lamp design

Narva says its 9-33V multi-voltage Senator II work lamp is the first of its kind to feature high-powered LED technology.

With traditional work lamp features like a sturdy handle, swivel base and integrated switch, the unit is available in a traditional 3W flood beam or with a unique 5W hybrid flood beam, the latter combining the usual flood beam performance with a long-range spot beam pattern for a super-powerful 3200 lumens of light.

That's approaching the performance of an HID (High Intensity Discharge) unit, says Narva.

The Senator II work lamp has an IP66 water resistance rating and the on/off rocker switch is protected by a weatherproof boot.

This light comes with a stainless steel pedestal bracket with pressurised spring. The spring affords a smooth swivel action, allowing the light's aim to be altered without the need for tools and also permitting the light to mounted on any angle.

Narva says the Senator II is one tough unit, with a durable glass-reinforced nylon housing and hard-coated polycarbonate lens. The housing also effectively contains the unit's heat, maintaining a safe temperature on touchable surfaces such as the handle and switch

Narva's Senator II work lamp is covered by a five-year LED warranty and is available from leading automotive, transport and 4WD outlets throughout Australia, with prices starting from $195 (3W) and $350 (5W).
