New product: Narva work lights

Narva says these new heavy-duty LED work lights are tough, robust, and effective

Automotive lighting specialist Narva says it has expanded its work light range yet again, with two new heavy-duty LED models that offer super-bright illumination in a robust, hard-wearing package.

Featuring nine 5-watt Cree LEDs, the lights produce 3600 Lumens of bright white light. Model number 72712HS is a spot light with a beam that penetrates up to 135 metres, while the flood beam variant, model number 72712H, provides coverage over an area of 50 metres by 20 metres.

Both feature an integrated handle for easy adjustment, an on/off switch at the rear, and a heavy-duty construction comprising a powder-coated aluminium housing, a tough polycarbonate lens, and stainless-steel mounting hardware. The lights are fully sealed and waterproof to the IP68 standard.

Narva says the lights are EMC approved, so they won’t interfere with onboard electronics or communications gear, while their low 1.4-amp at 12 volts power draw ensures minimal drain on vehicle batteries.

The new Narva heavy-duty LED work lights also come backed by a five-year LED warranty. They are available through leading transport, 4WD and automotive outlets nationwide.
