New product: updated Narva work lamp

Narva has added a hybrid flood beam model to its range of Senator II LED work lamps
Automotive lighting specialist Narva has expanded its range of Senator II LED work lamps, recently adding a hybrid flood beam model that it says broadens the scope of the light’s applications considerably.
Narva says the new model combines the performance attributes of both a flood beam and a spot beam, providing a universal beam pattern that evenly distributes light to the sides and for a considerable distance ahead.
Well suited to transport industry applications, this 9-33V multi-voltage lamp has a low current draw to preserve the battery when the vehicle isn’t in use, says Narva, and it features a tough polycarbonate lens.
Available in a choice of seven either 3W or 5W high-powered LEDs, Narva says the unit provides a clean white light. The 3W model delivers 2000 lumens of light output while the 5W model provides 3200 lumens.
The glass-reinforced nylon housing is ventilated and the internal LED module has an IP68 rating, meaning it’s unaffected by rain or water spray.
The lamp comes with a sturdy stainless steel pedestal bracket while a pressurised spring allows the unit to be swivelled without the need for tools.
Narva’s hybrid flood beam Senator II LED work lamp comes with a five-year LED warranty and it’s available from leading automotive accessory outlets. Prices start from $169 (RRP) for the 3W model.
