Road transport insurance heavyweight NTI has launched a new online resources hub, with the Better Business Hub assembling a wealth of information designed to help and inform operators and drivers, while driving the growth and safety of the wider industry.
Launched at the recent 2021 Brisbane Truck Show by NTI’s Head of Customer and Industry Strategy, Staci Clark (pictured, below), NTI’s Better Business Hub brings together a wide range of insights under the broader banners of Profitable Business, Managing Your Team, Cutting Red Tape, and – in the first of an educational content series – Business of Safety.

The Business of Safety section examines topics such as how to introduce new safety to your operation, the top new safety technologies, and a case study on what a cutting-edge fleet looks like from a safety perspective.
This component of the Better Business Hub was made possible via $300,000 Federal Government grant administered by the NHVR, along with NTI’s own in-kind contribution to match the grant.
“We know there is a lot to consider for operators and company owners when it comes to navigating red tape, staying up to date with technology, managing teams and maximising profitability, so we wanted to create a go-to online resource where anyone in the industry can access practical information in a way that is simple to digest,” said Ms Clark.
“As well as NTI experts, content will be provided by external specialists Australia-wide in the form of articles, infographics, videos and other templates so drivers, operators and management can engage with the content best suited to them.
“Safety is everyone’s business and NTI is proud to support the transport industry in moving to a safer and more sustainable future.”
