Manufactured in Australia from high purity urea, CLEANBLUE is a formulated, non-polluting, ready-to-use AdBlue product for use in Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) systems, where it reduces nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions from diesel exhaust systems.
“We have worked with our Australian chemical manufacturer to develop CLEANBLUE and look forward to supplying the market with our premium AdBlue product,” said Theresa Weymouth, PACCAR Parts product manager.
CLEANBLUE is a VDA (Verband der Automobilindustrie) - German Association of the Automotive Industry - approved AdBlue product and PACCAR Parts’ supply partner holds a licence to produce AdBlue products.

CLEANBLUE meets ISO 22241 standards and comes with a 12-month warranty for purity and quality assurance. It is available in 10-litre and 20-litre bottles with integrated pouring spouts, for the convenience of topping up on the road; 205-litre drums that can be moved by hand trucks and 1000-litre IBCs for bulk storage that can be gravity drained or equipped with electric pumps.
AdBlue is a 32.5-percent solution of urea in deionised water and is used with diesel engines using SCR technology to reduce harmful nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions.
AdBlue is injected into the exhaust system and a chemical reaction takes place in the SCR catalyst to convert the NOx into nitrogen and water vapour.
AdBlue should be stored out of direct sunlight and ideally below 30°C, to prevent a decrease in urea content.
AdBlue is a registered trademark of the VDA (Verband der Automobilindustrie). Find out more about the range of quality products and services at the TRP website.
