Peugeot announces range and pricing for Partner and Boxer vans

New vans will be big on safety and load capacity

Peugeot Australia has announced pricing and range details for its small (Partner) and large (Boxer) Light Commercial Vehicles.

Continuing the relaunch of Peugeot’s LCV portfolio, the Partner and Boxer vans follow in the footsteps of the Expert mid-size van launched in April.

That standard safety package includes the fitment of Autonomous Emergency Brake (AEB) as standard.

All Peugeot vans will feature a minimum of four airbags as standard, with driver and passenger airbags complimented by either a side curtain, or thorax airbags.

Commenting on the launch of Partner and Boxer, Ben Farlow, Managing Director of Peugeot Australia said the new commercial vehicle line-up will become a cornerstone of the brand.

“Partner and Boxer prove that Peugeot is here to disrupt the LCV segment, offering leading safety technology and practical features as standard”, said Farlow

The vans will also be supported by a five-year, 200,000 kilometre warranty.

Peugeot Partner

All-new Partner, available in two body lengths – standard and long – and is built on a version of the EMP2 platform that underpins Peugeot’s passenger car and SUV portfolio.

Standard length variants will feature choice of either an 82kW (110hp), turbo-petrol 1.2L engine paired to a six-speed manual, or a 96kW (130) high output, turbo-petrol drivetrain paired to an eight-speed automatic – available from $25,490 or $30,990 respectively.

A long body variant compliments the 110hp Partner and is powered by a 68kW (92hp) turbo-diesel manual and carries an RRP of $29,990.

The all-new Partner Van introduces new-to-segment technology, including Surround Rear Vision which enhances the driver’s rear-view visibility, feeding back footage from two cameras to a large rear vision mirror.

Peugeot Boxer

Due for introduction in the fourth quarter of 2019 and featuring up to a 4.5 tonne load capacity, Peugeot says the Boxer has been designed to get the job done.

Available in a single drivetrain (2.0L, turbo-diesel, manual) and two body lengths, standard and long, the Boxer will retail for $47,470 (standard body) and $48,990 (long body) respectively.
