Further details have emerged of the upcoming Western Star Trucks Show n Shine, to be held at the Toowoomba Showgrounds on Saturday, November 17.
Organisers have announced a range of prizes for winning trucks spanning numerous categories, with a V8 Supercars package including flights, accommodation and passes for two headlining the loot.

Other winners will take home anything from truck light bars, truck fridges, Shell fuel gift cards, truck merchandise and more.
The show kicks off from 2:00pm and will comprises several categories, including Best Western Star truck under five years, Best Western Star Truck from five to 10 years, Best Western Star Truck over 10 years, Best Western Star Truck Fleet, Best Western Star Truck – Rigid and Best White Truck.
Show-goers will have the opportunity to meet Shell V-Power Racing Supercar drivers, Scott McLaughlin and Fabian Coulthard, while top entertainment will be laid on by country music star Troy Cassar-Daley and fellow recording artist (and founder of Toowoomba's own Backroad Bash Music Festival), Mick Lindsay.
Food and beverages will be available on site, along with entertainment for the kids.

This year's event will only build on the success achieved in 2017, said Penske Transportation Group International's general manager of marketing, Kim Ruddock.
"The inaugural Western Star Trucks Show n Shine last year was a tremendous success," she said.
"It's a great day out for everyone – whether you are a Western Star or White truck enthusiast, or if you're after a great community day out to see the impressive lineup of trucks, meet with the Shell V-Power Racing Supercar drivers, or see Mick Lindsay or Troy Cassar-Daley perform.
"The day will be jam-packed full of entertainment for all!"

Entry to the event will be via a voluntary donation, with proceeds going to Rural Aid.
Western Star owners can register their trucks for the event at https://westernstar.com.au/show-n-shine, or by contacting their local dealer.
