Toowoomba Truck Spares lauded
Queensland's Toowoomba Truck Spares has been crowned Penske Commercial Vehicles 2013 Parts Dealer of the YearPenske Commercial Vehicles (PCV) held its 2013 Parts Dealer of the Year Awards recently, with long-established Queensland dealer, Toowoomba Truck Spares (TTS), taking home the silverware.
PCV’s General Manager – Parts, Mike Hickey (centre), presented the Director of TTS, John Dann (left), and Parts Manager, Brett Merritt (right), with the award at PCV’s recent Parts and Service Conference in Melbourne.
Dann and Merritt both agreed the award was a result of the tireless work ethic shown by TTS’s dedicated Parts Department personnel.
Determined on a points system, the PCV Parts Dealer of the Year Award is presented to the PCV dealer that excels in the fields of customer satisfaction, parts sales, and parts operations, among others.
