UD Trucks launches 24-month parts warranty
As well as reduced prices and increased availability of partsUD Trucks has announced the launch of a 24-month parts warranty on genuine UD Truck parts, along with a range of new initiatives to increase availability and reduce prices on UD parts.
The 24-month warranty applies to parts fitted at an authorised UD Trucks workshop, and covers both the part and labour to fit it.
In addition to the new warranty, UD Trucks has released details of its price reduction strategy, conducted over the past 12 months, which is designed to improve stock availability and reduce prices of more than 400 components.
Mark Strambi, Vice President of UD Trucks Australia, said the new 24-month warranty and stock strategy has further strengthened the competitive position of UD Trucks in the Australian market.
“We have been working tirelessly with our suppliers and our Japanese colleagues to lower the cost of UD Trucks genuine parts and to increase stock availability,” Strambi said.
“At the dealership level, UD Trucks has improved the stock levels of critical parts across the dealer network, and have been rolling out a comprehensive staff training program to improve vehicle uptime and customer satisfaction even further.
"The New Quon is our best truck ever, and our current aftersales offering is our best total offer ever. With all of the enhancement areas and support of the largest service network across Australia and New Zealand, the value really adds up, " Strambi added.
