Western Star launches 'Star Plus' promo

Penske Commercial Vehicles has put together a tempting package of support for customers who buy a new Western Star truck

Penske Commercial Vehicles has unveiled a new 'Star Plus' promotion, which applies to all new Western Star truck ordered and delivered by December 31, 2019.

Western Star Star Plus benefits

Eligible customers will receive the following Star Plus benefits:
• Truck Coverage 2 (TC2) package: extended warranty inclusive of driveline – four years / 800,000 kilometres or a free service package (48 months or 16 free engine services).
• Detroit DD15 warranty: 600,000 litre fuel burn, or five years, or 15,000 hours, or one million kilometres (whichever comes first). Cummins customers are eligible for the current Cummins uprate offer.
• Up to 7.5 cents per litre off Shell diesel fuel.
• One free week of rental from Penske Truck Rental.

"By taking advantage of this Star Plus offer, Western Star customers will realise additional value to the already great value proposition that we offer," said Dale Christensen, National Sales Manager – Western Star Trucks.

"We see Star Plus as a platform that we can continue to build upon in years to come, adding further items to the overall package.
