Western Star Show n Shine prizes announced
Smarten up your Western Star and head to Penrith on November 3 for a great day out and claim your share of the great prizes on offerWestern Star Trucks has announced the prizes that will be awarded to participants of the upcoming Show n Shine on Sunday November 3 at the Museum of Fire in Penrith, NSW.
The owner of the Truck of the Show will win tickets for two people to a corporate suite to the Supercars round of their choice including flights and accommodation.
Other prizes for each category include Shell fuel gift cards, Waeco truck fridges, Narva 22” 20,000 lumens light bars, merchandise, and more.
The prizes will be awarded across several categories including:
>> Best Western Star under five years
>> Best Western Star under 10 years (5-10 years)
>> Best Western Star over 10 years
>> Best Western Star fleet (5+ trucks)
>> Best Western Star rigid/tipper
>> Best White truck (heritage)

Western Star enthusiasts can register their trucks for display at the event by clicking here or by contacting your local Western Star dealer.
Commencing from 10.00am, the Show n Shine will feature fun for the whole family including entertainment for children, food and beverage vendors, a meet and greet with DJR Team Penske drivers, Fabian Coulthard and Scott McLaughlin, and heaps more.
As with previous years, Western Star has again joined with a charity partner this year supporting the Museum of Fire in its efforts to promote the Australian firefighting community.
“Whether you are a Western Star or White truck devotee, after a day out to see the impressive line-up of trucks, meet with DJR Team Penske’s Supercar drivers, or take advantage of the entertainment for the kids, the day will be packed full of entertainment for all,” said Dale Christensen, national sales manager – Western Star Trucks, Penske Commercial Vehicles.
“Customers displaying their much-loved trucks will be in the running for some superb prizes including a fantastic all-inclusive Supercars prize pack, so it’s well worth the effort of shining up those Stars.
“And while we love those shiny Stars, all trucks are welcome, even those hard working Stars that may be coming straight off the road.”
Bump in commences from 8.00am and bump out will take place from 3.30pm.
